Mentorship

The Mentorship Component aims to provide a safe space for students to grow alongside their peers through a system of families consisting of mentor-mentee pairings. Our goal is to facilitate meaningful connections between mentors, mentees, graduates, and alumni participants in order to provide students with academic support, career guidance, and a community that they can rely on. We hold events throughout the year, including family and component-wide socials, community activism and education events, and occupation-oriented events. Our Mentorship Program recruits mentors and mentees during the Fall and Winter Quarters.
